Operations Specialist/Research Assistant, Lesa Sroufe & Co., Inc.

Beth Fleming joined Lesa Sroufe & Co., Inc. in March of 2008. As Operations Specialist, Beth handles many of the daily operational tasks of the office, such as portfolio reconciliation, client reporting, trading, client service, bookkeeping, and IT support. In addition, she assists the Chief Investment Officer with equity research including updating databases and assisting in an ongoing review of investments held. Beth is a recent graduate of the University of Washington and is new to the financial services industry.

As a cost accountant with PACCAR Parts, Beth prepared journal entries and account reconciliations, issued month-end financial reports, and provided analysis and monitoring of supplier funding activities including accruals, invoicing, and collection.
