Investment Advisory Service
LSC provides investment advisory services to your clients with the authority to enter buy and sell transactions in their brokerage account. Your client gives us this authorization by signing our Investment Advisory Agreement. This agreement specifies for each client the investment guidelines under which we will manage the account. LSC charges an advisory fee which will be billed quarterly based on the ending balance of the account. The fee amount will be sent to your Managed Products contact and debited to the client account. 

Custodial Account and Commissions
As the custodian of your clients’ assets you will direct all charges for custody, transactions and service. All reporting of transactions will be according to your firm’s capabilities to provide online, email and paper confirmation of transactions.

Documentation
Establishing the relationship would involve the following documentation:

•LSC Investment Advisory Agreement between client and LSC which authorizes us to enter buy and sell orders in your client’s custodial account.
• Your firm’s Limited Power of Attorney agreement authorizing LSC to enter orders in your client’s account.
• Authorization to debit the client account for LSC quarterly billed fees.  

Client Reporting
Your client will receive all reporting that you choose to provide as well as a comprehensive Portfolio Review and Evaluation provided by LSC on a quarterly, biannual or annual basis, depending on your preference.   

Broker Advisor Communications
LSC will provide you, as the advisor to the end client, ongoing information on company developments, economic, market and portfolio strategy. LSC will coordinate with you to maximize your clients’ after tax performance on this, as well as their combined portfolio holdings. LSC will report and provide attribution of performance for your use with the client. As the Broker Advisor, all client meetings will be at your discretion.
